The service was friendly and attentive, although the

beachfront dining experience had slow service during peak hours. The resort had a lush tropical garden and well-maintained pools, and I particularly enjoyed the live music during dinner by the beach. The staff's cheerful disposition added a nice touch too.

Checked in and it was a bit of a hassle, took ages and then I was stuck in a room that felt dark because of the view just staring at a wall behind the restaurant. The pool area looked like it could use a facelift—rusty bar, mismatched furniture, and the pools themselves were murky. Ordering meals felt overpriced, especially with options nearby that seemed better value. On top of that, got hit with low hot water pressure for the showers, which was a letdown after long days. The shuttle service being unreliable didn't help either. more than once it just didn't show up when I needed it. Not saying it's a total bust, but there are definitely some growing pains that need sorting out.

the staff are super friendly and really helpfull all the time. my room was huge and i loved the garden around the hotel. the beach was nice too, perfect for chillin. best breakfast ever with lots of fresh food. there were happy hours for drinks which were fun!

the bathroom in my room could have been better, it felt a bit old. sometimes the hot water pressure was low which was annoying.

The hotel's lush gardens and pristine beach access made for a perfect tropical getaway. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure bliss. Staff members were attentive and always eager to assist, enhancing our overall experience.

The breakfast, although included, tended to be repetitive over the week and lacked some variety.

The beach access was amazing, but the cocktails could use more alcohol.

having stayed for two nights in a premier double room, I absolutely loved the proximity to Chaweng Lake, just a 20-minute walk away, and the charming restaurants located only a few steps from the hotel, making it easy to explore the local culinary scene.
